Our sincere apologies if your order has been canceled and you did not specifically want us to cancel it.
A full order refund has been initiated to the original purchaser’s card of payment or bank account. It will appear in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
There are various reasons why an order may be canceled, the most common reasons are:
- Risk of fraud. We are using a fraud protection system to automatically detect high-risk purchases. This could, for example, be that you use an incorrect email address, purchasing multiple orders frequently, paying with a credit card belonging to someone else, that you reside in another country than where the credit card was issued or where you want to ship the product etc
- Risk of re-selling. We reserve the right to reject and/or cancel orders that are assumed to have an intent to re-sell, so if you as a consumer have ordered multiple products the order will be cancelled automatically in our systems.
- Payment issues. for example, your bank or payment provider stating that you do not have sufficient funds. Please check your account.
- Out of stock. In rare situations it could happen that the web store have not yet been updated with status out of stock and an order could get submitted.
