Our sincere apologies if your order has been canceled and you did not specifically want us to cancel it.
Your payment is now also refunded and will appear in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
There are various reasons why an order may be canceled, the most common reasons are:
- Technical system error: for example, if we (due to technical errors) have sold more products than we actually have available in the warehouse.
- Payment issues: for example, your bank or payment provider stating that you do not have sufficient funds. Please check your account.
- Incorrect price: if we by mistake have displayed an incorrect price on the website or if you as a customer have tried to add multiple discounts to the same order.
- Risk of fraud: we are using a fraud protection system to automatically detect high-risk purchases. This could, for example, be that you use an incorrect email address, that you are paying with a credit card belonging to someone else, that you reside in another country than where the credit card was issued or where you want to ship the product, that you have made multiple purchase attempts, etc, etc.
If you are one of our customers located in Korea who created an order during Black Friday 2020, we have experienced a technical stock issue and the product you ordered is no longer available at the warehouse. Our sincere apologies that we are not able to fulfill your order at this time. The corresponding payment has been canceled and returned to your account.
