If your Uxbridge Voice speaker cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device, there are several likely causes and troubleshooting options you can attempt:
1. Bluetooth is not enabled on your device (Smartphone, Tablet, Computer)
Activate Bluetooth on your device.
2. The speaker is not in pairing mode.
Push and hold the Bluetooth button on the back of the speaker for 2 seconds to make the speaker discoverable by the device.
