If you are having issues with the Active Noise Cancelling functionality, there are a few troubleshooting tips we advise you try to resolve the issue:
- Ensure that the headphone is switched on.
Push the control knob for 2 seconds to turn on your headphones.
- Ensure that the ANC is switched on.
Push the ANC button for 2 seconds to turn ANC on. Short-press the ANC button to toggle the ANC modes.
- Check the ANC level in the Marshall Bluetooth app
Go to the Marshall Bluetooth app and set the level of the ANC in the ANC settings menu.
