(1) How long is the Black Friday Sale on?
The Black Friday Sale is available until 11:59pm November 28th, 2022 or while supplies last.
(2) Why can’t I use a voucher code with my order?
It is not possible to combine two promotional offers: a voucher code will not apply to products available in the Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you prefer to use your voucher code, we invite you to return to marshallheadphones.com once the sale has come to an end, on November 29th .
(3) What is the return policy for Black Friday purchases?
Items purchased between Black Friday and Dec 25th 2022 are eligible to be returned for a refund until January 31st, 2023. You are responsible for returning the product(s) to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Marshallheadphones.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

(4) The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?
The products available in the Black Friday are available while supplies last, the items will not be restocked. Items move quickly, we advise you grab ‘em while you can!
(5) Did my purchase go through?
An email order confirmation will be sent to the email address used in the order once the payment has been successfully processed. If you can’t find the email order confirmation within an hour or two of creating the order, be sure to check your junk mail.
In the chance that the email is lost in the wild wild web, check your payment account to look for a corresponding purchase transaction. We also have a friendly Support Team available to assist you via Live Chat or via email here.
(6) When will my order be delivered?
All orders are processed as quickly as possible however due to the high volume of sales during Black Friday, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days for orders to process and be prepared to be dispatched with our Shipping Partner.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order is handed over to our shipping partner.
Shipping Times vary depending on the destination and, due to high volumes of shipments at this time of the year, may experience longer transit times.

(7) Will there be any quantity limitations to number of products I can buy ?
Yes, there might be limitations due to stock availability.
(8) Why can I not buy from my market?
Due to product and logistical challenges this year we only have a very limited stock available for Black Friday sales in US and in our EU warehouse. Unfortunately we are not able to offer these prices and products to our fans in the rest of the world. We are working hard to produce more products and if you sign up to our newsletter we will send you a nice offer once we have more products available in your region and country.
