If your Acton II Voice speaker is not responding, there is a possibility of a software problem occurring.
To troubleshoot this, unplug the speaker mains plug from the wall socket, wait for 15 seconds, and then plug it in again.
You can also perform a factory reset.
NOTE: This will delete all user settings and after the factory reset, the speaker needs to be set up again.
Push and hold both the Source button and the play/ pause button for 7 seconds.
