Please note that the warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to issues that result from wear and tear or accidental damage.
The support team will need the following details to start a warranty claim:
(1) your shipping address (for a FedEx with signature delivery or Posten if you are in Sweden)
(2) your contact phone number
(3) the proof of purchase ** this is mandatory
(4) a photo of your complete headphones (full headset, cable and plug)
(5) a full description of the issue and how it occurred.
