We are proud of our products and stand behind them with a warranty that is in-line with your local Consumer Laws. Generally, this is 2 years for countries within the European Union and 1 year for all others.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not apply to cases of wear and tear or accidental damage. Lost or stolen products (or parts) do not qualify for warranty support, neither do products that doubled as a chew toy for your adorable puppy!
An assortment of accessories are available and, if suitable for the situation, we will replace the part rather then the complete headset.
