If the sound quality is weak or you are experiencing no sound at all there are a few different likely causes:
1. The 3.5 mm cord/input cable/ signal cable is not correctly connected to either the speaker or the music player
Unplug and then re-connect the 3.5 mm cord/input cable/signal cable into both the loudspeaker and the music player
2. The volume level is too low on the speaker
Turn up the volume on the speaker using the volume knob on the top of the speaker
3. The volume level is too low on the music source
Turn up the volume on the music player
Approach volume increase with caution as not to incur any damage to your ears at full volume if the sound suddenly appears.
