If the sound quality is weak or you are experiencing no sound at all there are a few different likely causes:
1. If there is no sound, you likely have the wrong input for audio source selected. Press the Source button to change the selected sound source.
2. The 3.5mm cord/ RCA cable is not correctly connected to either the active loudspeaker or the music source.
Unplug and re-plug the 3.5mm cord/RCA cable into both the active loudspeaker and the music player.
3. The volume level is too low on the active loudspeaker.
Turn up the volume on the active loudspeaker
4. The volume level is too low on the music player.
