1. Ensure that the headphone is switched on and connected to a sound source
2. Make sure the sound source is playing
3. Check to see that the sound source isn't on mute or in silent mode
4. Increase the volume levels - please approach with caution as not to incur any damage to your ears at full volume if the sound suddenly appears.
5. Move the devices (headphones and sound source) closer together
6. Remove any obstructions or move away from any interference
