If your Speaker cannot connect to a Wi-Fi device - there are several troubleshooting options you can attempt:
1. Wi-Fi is not enabled on your device (smartphone, tablet, computer)
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your device
2. Wi-Fi is not enabled on your speaker
Turn the SOURCE knob to Wi-Fi and push and hold for 3 seconds to make the speaker discoverable by the device.
